Judge’s Choice

Motherhood
Motherhood

The Pandoras (Susan Brubaker-Knapp, Grace Howes, Lu’shorn Millsaps, and me) wanted to work on a group project and chose the theme of “Motherhood”.  This was a powerful and meaningful theme for all us and each of us chose one aspect of motherhood that was most meaningful to us. From the left: Grace Howes chose the plight of mothers in Africa, Lu’shorn chose generations, Susan chose breastfeeding, and I chose infertility.

We entered the quilt into the Charlotte Quilt Show this year as a group quilt and we won Judge’s Choice!
